Richard M. DeLioMr. DeLio is a senior systems professional and a founder of RTG. His information systems consulting and line management experience began in 1971, and he has worked exclusively for the retail, consumer products and related industries since 1977. He has served a broad range of clients in strategic business and systems planning, new business creation/development, computer hardware and software evaluation, selection and implementation, custom systems development, and general operations. He specializes in large scale project management, business process re-engineering, and interim information technology management for retail and related companies. His clients have included Polo/Ralph Lauren, Recreational Equipment, Freds Discount Stores, American President Lines, and CBS Records, now Sony Music. Mr. DeLio has held consulting positions as Sr. Principal, Director of Information Technology - Retail and Consumer Products for the firm of Arthur Young, now Ernst & Young, Vice President, Retail Practice Leader for systems integrator Technology Solutions, and Partner in several retail consulting firms. His line management experience includes a key IS executive position with Lane Bryant, and, in a consulting capacity, Chief Information Officer for The Kobacker Company (Pickway and Gussini Shoe Stores) and Camelot Music. Mark Lilien Mark has worked since 1976 as a change agent, executive and consultant for retailers and suppliers to retailers. He was a consultant with Booz, Throughout his career, Mark has characterized his leadership with a pragmatic approach to strategic planning, implementation, and information systems problems alike. His experience includes merger and acquisitions evaluation and implementation, new enterprise startups, restructuring (turnarounds), selling businesses, and refinancing. Mark brings to RTG an added dimension of skills and experience in retailing, whereby RTG can offer past and prospective clients a broader range of business management services.
